Each of the 36 class sessions begins with a brainstorming session where ideas are discussed and questions raised.

Explore, research, experiment and build working models during activity time.

Share your discoveries with the class as your eyes open to all the scientific concepts that control and impact the world.

Take field trips to study wet-lands, find owl pellets, or test the pH of pond water.  First Year Science Explorers includes a parent and child overnight Camp Long.  Second Year Science Investigators studies nocturnal animals with a sleepover at the Woodland Park Zoo. The Science Club goes to Mars!

Our three year science program touches on all aspects of science: biology, astronomy, chemistry, physics, and geology.  Through a balance of free exploration, hands-on models and directed experimentation, children begin to understand the basis of scientific principles. 

An $85.00 non-refundable registration and supply fee is required for science classes. 

Child must be enrolled in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd or 3rd grade by August 31.
